Looking for the best paying jobs for women? Although women make up nearly fifty percent of employees, they remain compellingly absent in upper management.

Taking into account the 500 biggest companies in the U.S. merely three percent of these have female CEOs.

While women comprise half of the population in the U.S. and of the 111th Congress less than 20 percent of representatives are female.

Women account for about half of the workforce, yet their earnings do not represent half of all wages paid, suggesting the inequality in earnings between men and women. 

Women begin their careers with less monetary compensation than men do, and they do not get promoted as swiftly as their male counterparts in the work force. Once women are in their post-MBA careers at a mid management level then they usually achieve equality.
